Small stickers. Big impact for your cause.

CharityStickers.org puts small countertop sticker stands in local cafés and shops. Customers scan a QR code, give $3 or more straight to your nonprofit, and take a sticker they love. Your volunteers keep them stocked.

Where every $3 goes

78% of each $3 gift is yours to keepSticker refill cost

A 4.6× return on every sticker. Donors who give more than $3 make the margin even better.

A sponsor can cover your stickers

Local businesses often pay for sticker refills in exchange for their logo on your stand signs and a thank-you on your social pages. When a sponsor covers the stickers, your nonprofit keeps the full $3 or more from every sticker. We can help you find one.

Estimates assume each sticker taken comes with a $3 donation. Results depend on each shop's traffic; your donation reports show the real numbers.

How donations work

Every gift goes straight to you

Each stand's QR code opens your own Zeffy or Givebutter donation page. We never touch the money. You own the account, the donor list and the receipts.

Give each location its own link or QR code, and you'll see exactly which shop raises the most.

Why stickers

A donation jar asks. A sticker gives back.

A jar asks people to give. A sticker stand gives them something they actually want for $3, at the exact moment they're deciding on small extras.

Host shops

Why local shops say yes

Your volunteers make an easy ask: a few inches of counter space for a good cause. Here's why owners agree.

It costs them nothing

No inventory to buy, no cash to handle and nothing to ring up. Customers scan and give on their own phones.

Customers see them giving

Their counter shows they back a local cause, which customers notice and remember.

A monthly shout-out

Your nonprofit thanks each host on social media every month. We'll help write the post if you need it.

It fits anywhere

About the length of a ruler. Volunteers keep it stocked, or refills arrive by mail, so staff never have to think about it.

Great hosts: coffee shops, bakeries, hardware stores, convenience stores, bookstores, salons, gyms and local restaurants.

About us

Built by people who've run real stores

CharityStickers.org was started by two brothers who've spent their careers in retail, e-commerce, merchandise and marketing. We kept meeting nonprofits doing great work with no time or budget for fundraising, so we built the simplest fundraiser we could think of.

After more than a decade working retail and counter sales, we know what sells at a register, how to keep inventory moving and how to make a small product look good on a busy counter. Now we put that to work for causes.

Questions

Good to know

What if someone takes a sticker without paying?

It rarely happens. Stands sit right by the register, in full view of staff and the people in line, so nearly everyone scans first. If stickers ever go missing, tell us and we'll replace them free.

What if the stickers don't sell?

Our numbers so far show they do sell. What varies is how fast, depending on each shop's traffic. To keep it risk-free, we offer a buy-back promise: if you'd like to return unsold stickers your nonprofit purchased, send them back and we'll refund you.

Who restocks the stands?

Usually your volunteers: refills ship in bulk to your office, and volunteers top up the stands in their area with a quick weekly check. No volunteers nearby? Once your refill order meets our minimum, we can mail stickers straight to each host shop instead.

How do I order more stickers?

Order refills from us at $0.65 a sticker, or let a sponsor cover them. We ship them to your office, or directly to your host shops when the order meets our minimum.

Do we need to change our website?

No. The QR codes point to your Zeffy or Givebutter page. That's the only setup on your end.

Do we need to be a 501(c)(3)?

Zeffy is built for registered nonprofits. Givebutter supports a wider range of groups. Tell us about your organization and we'll help you pick.
